LOBA Events
Brand, Materials & Website
Event planner Julieta Lyall approached us with her vision for a new kind of events company in Jackson Hole. She wanted to create truly unique and extraordinary experiences for her clients, and she needed a name to match the boldness of her idea. We helped her settle on LOBA: a nod to her own heritage, the origins of her Scottish surname, and her status as the alpha wolf her own pack. We then built a brand around her utilizing stylized illustrations, brash colors, and sharp typography.
Our
Challenge
Event planning is a busy and competitive space in Jackson Hole. The outdoor rustic wedding business is booming, but it can be hard to make your mark and stand out from the crowd. The industry can also start to feel like a machine churning out million-dollar wedding after wedding, all of them beautiful but also pretty much the same. Julieta wanted to plant her flag as the bohemian alternative to that - someone willing to think outside the box and go the extra mile to make an event truly special.
Fierce Brand Design
We assisted Lyall in naming her new business by combining elements of her personality, heritage, and mission.
A lush retro color palette, funky typography that can be dressed up or down as required, and a tattoo-inspired illustrated wolf icon make up our brand identity for LOBA.
